NSW Place Management requested a projection dome as part of the Winter Festival in Tumbalong Park for 4 days of the public school holidays
Challenge
The brief was to provide a walk in dome cinema in an outside venue. The dome was open from 1pm to 7:30pm (and 8:30pm on Friday and Saturday)
Solution
The Dome Company supplied our pop-up all weather projection dome including flooring, a one hour programme of fulldome movie content and a bespoke sound track.
Setup and execution
The fulldome movies were sourced online from the “Fulldome Database”
Our video technician, Osvaldo created a loop of 8 – 10 fulldome movie clips with the theme of winter and space.
A bespoke soundtrack from Spotify was linked by bluetooth into our 4.1 sound system.
The result was a stunning presentation of a variety of fulldome movies.
