Challenge
Multiple varying logos in different positions of cover.
Large removable ‘window’ at front of dome
Solution
The required multiple logso and digital images were expertly plotted onto the 10 metre hemisphere by Johann Kwiatkowski, graphic artist with Fabric Solutions.
The removable clear vinyl section was executed with velcro and dutch lacing. A smaller exit door was placed for back of house.
Setup and execution
The 10 metre dome was built in Sydney and Melbourne, taking around 4 hours to erect using The Dome Company’s proprietary lifting equipment.
A raised timber flooring was created to fit the interior of the dome perfectly. Wheelchair access ramp was included.
Custom lightweight covers were made to dress the 8 x 500kgs ballast blocks
